This site collects only what you choose to share when you contact me or subscribe to the newsletter (your name and email). That information is used solely to respond and send occasional updates. It is never sold or used for advertising. You may request deletion at any time.

What we collect and why

Contact form & newsletter — Your first name, last name, email address, and any message you write, so I can reply and (if you opt in) share occasional updates. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Swiss FADP equivalent).

Server logs — Standard web-server logs (IP address, browser, page, time) may be kept briefly for security and reliability. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Retention

I retain your details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them, unless a longer period is legally required. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Swiss nFADP you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or the Swiss FDPIC. Contact me at the address above to exercise any of these rights.
